Our beautiful 1930s building is now a cultural heritage site of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Fully renovated through a retrofit process, it features 16 modern flats ranging from 32m² to 65m², all furnished and equipped for short-term rentals.

Here, you're just steps away from a rich gastronomic scene, with options to suit every taste and budget.
The nightlife is vibrant, with plenty of bars where you can grab a cold beer and meet people from all over the world. And if you’re in the mood, you can head down to Lapa—just a 5-minute walk away—to dive into Rio’s iconic nightlife.
The art world is also alive here, with hundreds of artists’ studios throughout the neighborhood. Many artists live and work locally and are always happy to open their doors and share their creations. If you’re in the mood for shopping, you’ll find local craft shops offering great gift ideas.
